Members of the Achado Door-to-Door Mobilizers have endorsed Hon. Barr. Buluku, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Gwer East State Constituency, pledging their support for his candidacy ahead of the 2027 Benue State House of Assembly election.
The endorsement was announced in a statement issued on Monday by the Coordinator of the Achado Door-to-Door Mobilizers, Aor Avakaa Elijah Gbemacha, and made available to journalists.
Speaking during the endorsement ceremony, the Director-General of the group, Ipeven Wilfred Esq., expressed appreciation for what he described as Buluku’s financial and other forms of support to the organisation since its formation.

Ipeven said the endorsement was also a way for the group to reciprocate the support it had received from the APC candidate.
He described Buluku as a youth-oriented politician with an interest in human and community development, adding that the candidate had personally supported him during his school days.
According to him, Buluku’s experience and commitment would be beneficial to the people of Gwer East if elected.
Also speaking, Hon. Atime Ikyor highlighted various projects and forms of assistance he attributed to Buluku across communities in Gwer East.
Ikyor said the interventions had provided support to residents and contributed to improving the welfare of people in different communities.
The Director-General of the Buluku Campaign Group thanked the Achado Door-to-Door Mobilizers for the endorsement and commended their grassroots mobilisation activities.
He expressed confidence in the group’s capacity to mobilise support for the APC candidate across Gwer East.
At the APC Secretariat in Ikpayongo, the Gwer East APC Chairman, Hon. John Akange, described the meeting between Buluku and members of the mobilisation group as significant to the party’s campaign efforts.
Akange commended the group for its contribution to grassroots political mobilisation and recalled its involvement in the 2023 election campaign in support of Hon. Arc. Asema Achado.
He said the group remained active at the grassroots, particularly at a time when, according to him, some supporters had lost confidence in the electoral process.
Several other speakers at the event also recounted their experiences and highlighted various forms of assistance they said they had received from Buluku, either directly or indirectly.
Responding to the endorsement, Buluku thanked the Achado Door-to-Door Mobilizers for their support and described the group as a collection of committed young people contributing to grassroots political mobilisation.
He said his engagement with the group had further reinforced his appreciation of the role of stakeholders and grassroots organisations in the political process.
Buluku called for continued cooperation among political stakeholders and grassroots mobilisers ahead of the 2027 election.
He also acknowledged the group’s contribution to the 2023 campaign in support of Asema Achado, expressing confidence in its continued activities at the grassroots ahead of the forthcoming election.
