Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, has congratulated the state’s Chief Judge, Justice Maurice Ahemba Ikpambese, on his 66th birthday, acknowledging his years of service and contributions to the administration of justice.
In a congratulatory message issued on Saturday by his Chief Press Secretary, Tersoo Kula, Governor Alia described Justice Ikpambese as an experienced legal professional who has devoted a significant part of his life to the legal profession and public service.
The Governor commended the Chief Judge for his commitment to duty, wealth of experience and the responsibilities he has undertaken in strengthening the administration of justice in Benue State.
According to Alia, the milestone provides an opportunity to reflect on Justice Ikpambese’s contributions to the legal profession and his years of service to the state.
“You have devoted a significant part of your life to the legal profession and public service. Reaching this milestone is an opportunity to recognise your years of commitment, the responsibilities you have shouldered and your contributions to the administration of justice in Benue State,” the Governor said.
Governor Alia expressed confidence that the Chief Judge would continue to deploy his knowledge and experience in the discharge of his judicial responsibilities.
He also urged him to remain a source of inspiration to younger legal practitioners by promoting the values of integrity, discipline and dedication to public service.
The Governor wished Justice Ikpambese good health, renewed strength and God’s continued guidance, while praying for more fruitful years and greater accomplishments for him and his family.
