Senator David SU Jimkuta, who represents Taraba South Senatorial District, has highlighted what he described as his achievements in infrastructure development, youth inclusion, education and empowerment, while expressing readiness to seek another term in the 2027 general elections.
Jimkuta, in a statement promoting his political movement, ImpactReality Movement, said his representation was focused on delivering tangible benefits to constituents across Taraba South.

He listed Wukari, Ibi, Takum, Donga and Ussa, alongside the YSDA area, as communities covered by the movement’s development agenda, insisting that no part of the district had been left out.
According to the senator, his approach to representation goes beyond political promises to include projects and programmes intended to improve the lives of residents.
“ImpactReality Movement is not a slogan; it is what we are living,” he said.
Highlighting some of his reported achievements, Jimkuta cited the construction of hospitals, the distribution of cars, scholarships for students studying in India and empowerment initiatives aimed at supporting households.
He maintained that these interventions were intended to demonstrate the benefits of what he described as positive leadership representation and the inclusion of young people in governance.
The senator also emphasised the importance of ensuring that development initiatives reach different communities within the senatorial district.
As political activities gradually build towards the 2027 general elections, Jimkuta signalled his intention to seek another mandate, urging supporters to sustain the movement under the slogan, “Let’s Do It Again 2027.”

He expressed optimism about the future, adding that “better days” lay ahead.
However, the specific locations, costs and implementation status of the projects cited in the statement were not provided.
