Grammy-winning Nigerian Afrobeats star, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has arrived to join dignitaries and guests celebrating First Lady Oluremi Tinubu as she marks her 66th birthday on Monday.
The singer’s arrival added a touch of glamour to the birthday celebration, attracting attention from guests and fans at the venue.
First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, wife of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was born on September 21, 1960. She is celebrating her 66th birthday this year.
President Tinubu had earlier celebrated his wife in a heartfelt birthday message titled, “I Would Choose the Same Road That Led Me to You,” describing her as his “truest friend and confidante” and praising her patience, grace and courage throughout their years together.
The President also highlighted the First Lady’s humanitarian activities through the Renewed Hope Initiative, noting her interventions involving women, children, elderly citizens and other vulnerable Nigerians.
Wizkid, one of Nigeria’s most internationally recognised music stars, recently marked 15 years in the music industry. He headlined the 2026 Afro Plus Fest in Maryland, United States, earlier this month.
The singer’s appearance at the birthday celebration has further drawn public attention to the gathering, with videos and photographs of his arrival expected to generate reactions among fans and social media users.
