Thousands of supporters on Saturday thonged Jalingo, the Taraba State capital, to welcome the PDP Governorship Candidate in the state and his Deputy, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha and Engr. Aminu Zakari during a political gathering.
The event drew a large crowd comprising youths, women, elders and party supporters, who gathered across the city to receive the two political figures.
The atmosphere was marked by songs, chants and displays of support as participants expressed optimism about the political future of the state ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Several supporters at the event said they had confidence in the leadership vision of Bwacha and Zakari, describing the duo as capable of advancing the development of Taraba State.
