President Bola Tinubu has left Kigali for Lagos after concluding official engagements in France, Kenya, and Rwanda.
The trip formed part of a wider diplomatic and economic mission aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s international partnerships. In Kigali, Tinubu attended the Africa-France Summit 2026, where African leaders and French stakeholders discussed cooperation on development, trade, and investment.
He also took part in the annual Africa CEO Forum, joining business leaders and policymakers to explore private sector opportunities and strategies for economic growth across the continent.
According to the Presidency, the President departed Abuja at the start of the tour, holding high-level meetings in each country. A video released by the Presidency captured his departure from Kigali as he wrapped up his Rwanda engagements.
Officials say the tour reflects ongoing efforts to deepen Nigeria’s engagement with both global and African partners on economic and governance issues.
